This invigorating flow is designed for those ready to challenge their physical practice! Experience heightened focus as you explore playful postures, transitions, and an intensified flow pace, all guided with traditional Sanskrit names for each pose. Expect to encounter arm balances, inversions, and opportunities to push your limits in a supportive environment.
