  • For Non-Heated Yoga:

    All of our non-heated classes are beginner-friendly!

    If you’re looking for something slow, and meditative try: Yin and iRest Yoga Nidra

    If you’re looking for more physical and mental stimulation try: Power 1, 1.5, 2, & Sculpt!

    For Hot Yoga We Recommend To Try Classes In This Order:

    1. Hot 26

    2. Hot Fusion

    3. Power 1

    4. Power 1.5

    5. Power 2

    6. Sculpt (fitness)

  • Yoga Lab is open 7 days/week and we offer at least 12 classes/weekday from 5am to 8:30pm and at least 6 classes/day weekends from 8am to 2pm. Check out our full schedule here.

  • You are welcome to drop-in! However, we highly suggest arriving 20-30 minutes before class starts to give yourself time to find parking as it can be challenging depending on the time of day. You are not guaranteed a spot if you drop-in without signing up beforehand.

  • Sure! Click on this link to make a one-time payment of $1999 good for 12 full months and renews automatically. No suspensions.

  • You can find us at Boardwalk at Millenia in Eastlake, just minutes off the 805 or the 125. Our Address is 1685 Metro Ave, #100, Chula Vista, Ca 91915

  • We offer street parking and also have neighboring businesses you can park at if needed. We recommend parking two blocks down by Jamba Juice or Paris Baguette if parking is a challenge during your arrival.

    • We start and end class ON TIME. Please give yourself enough time to find parking, put your belongings away, and enter class :)

    • Yoga Lab prides itself in being a safe space for healing and peace so we ask that you only bring your water, mat, and towel in the room during practice. Phones, shoes, keys, and bags can be stored in our lockers.

    • We have showers! Feel free to use our facilities after class then head to work or run errands

    • We offer mat and towel rentals for $3.50 each
