Cancellation policy for all memberships:

  • There is a 6 month minimum commitment of paid fees towards the rate of your choice when getting a membership

  • If you cancel before your 6 month commitment, there’s a $99 early termination fee

  • If you wish to cancel, we need a minimum of 30 days notice in writing to info@yogalabsd.com

  • Suspension fees/months do not count as part of the 30 day cancellation policy

BY MAKING any of these PURCHASEs YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS:

  • There are no refunds, transfers, and exchanges allowed

  • All sales are final

Suspension policy for all memberships:

1. Three Consecutive Months Suspension Fee: You can freeze your membership for up to 3 months. The first month of suspension is absolutely free. For the consecutive second and third months of suspension, there is a nominal fee of $29 for each month.

2. Flexible Suspension Choices: If you decide to break up your suspension into individual months (ex: one month in spring, 1 in fall, 1 in winter) the pricing will be as follows:

  • First month: No charge

  • Second month: $39

  • Third month: $49

3. Extended Suspension for Special Circumstances: For longer-term suspensions due to exceptional circumstances such as pregnancy, deployment, or extended vacations, we offer an extension of suspension for up to six months to members.

  • The first month of extended suspension is free.

  • For each subsequent month of extended suspension, there is a fee of $25.
